Admin Services can be helpful for any customer, but it’s especially useful for organizations who don’t have their own ClickUp “owner” or system administrator to ensure the success and adoption of the product.

Customers can purchase Premium Support to guarantee faster response times when speaking with our support team. Depending on the package they purchase, they may also received a dedicated support contact they can escalate requests to.
Data Migrations
For an additional fee, ClickUp can handle customer migrations. We can import projects, tasks and custom fields, but we're not able to copy links, relationships, or dependencies between projects.
